Dr Hiroyuki Mano was awarded the 49th Fondation ARC Leopold Griffuel Prize for Clinical and Translational Cancer Research
Hiroyuki Mano, Director of the Research Institute / Center for Cancer Genomics and Advanced Therapeutics has won a prestigious award for his contribution to the identification of a fusion oncoprotein in solid tumors and the development of a targeted treatment in some forms of lung cancer.
The Fondation ARC Leopold Griffuel award ceremony was held at the residence of the French Embassy in Tokyo. The trophy was presented to Dr Mano by His Excellency the Ambassador of France Mr Philippe Setton. The video on the award is here (english subtitles available).
