MoU signed between NCC and Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand, June 2022.

In June 2022, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand.

Siriraj Hospital is one of the most contributing institutions participating in ATLAS project, which is funded by Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED).

Especially, in 2022 April, the Director of Siriraj Institution of Clinical Research (SICRES), Prof. Kulkanya, gave a presentation at the ATLAS international symposium in Bangkok, they also generously hosted our representatives at their hospital, where a meeting between faculty of Siriraj Hospital and ATLAS leaders were held.

Following the signing of the MoU, NCC specialists made presentations at their webinar on early phase clinical trials. Dr. Yamamoto, the Deputy Director of NCC, Mr. Imaizumi, and Ms. Araki lectured on “FIH Clinical Trial: sharing experience from the National Cancer Center Hospital, Japan” sharing with the audience their academic experiences.

The conclusion of the MoU is expected to further develop the cooperative relationship between the two institutions.
