Future prospects
We will support 78 graduates who passed the examination to enable them to provide a high level of nursing care using skilled nursing techniques and contribute to the improvement in nursing care techniques at each facility by practising, teaching, and consulting. Meanwhile, the policy of reconstructing certified nursing education in association with the training in nurse designated procedures was launched by the Japanese Nursing Association. We will improve the education curriculum and reconsider the way of career up support so that a certified nurse becomes a certified nurse specialist, enters graduate school, or receives an advanced certified curriculum education, including the training in nurse designated procedures.
