Introduction
We are engaged in cross-organizational improvement activities that contribute to improving the quality of medical care, the workplace environment, and patient satisfaction.
The Team and What We Do
In 2022, our activities included:
(1) We created a floor map to respond to the many inquiries from outpatients regarding the hospital guidance.
(2) We created videos for each item regarding the flow from reception to medical treatment.
(3) As an initiative to improve staff satisfaction, we introduced a kitchen car exclusively for staff.
Future Prospects
We will continue to promote comprehensive quality management and operation of the hospital utilizing QI (Quality Indicator) at the NCCH through smooth operation of the TQM Center by deliberating the TQM Center's activity policy and other important matters, and sharing information appropriately.
