Introduction

We are working on cross-organizational improvement activities aimed at enhancing the quality of healthcare, improving the workplace environment, and increasing patient satisfaction.

The Team and What We Do

 In 2023, our activities included:

(1) In response to staff requests, NCC official merchandise (neck straps, reels, and eco-bags) was created and made available for sale.

(2) We revised the disaster prevention manual and made partial revisions to the BCP manual as well.

(3) As part of the staff grooming check, we conducted a footwear inspection.

(4) We introduced an 'Idea Box' to allow staff to propose ideas for creating a better environment for both patients and employees.

Future Prospects

Following the hospital function evaluation review, the operational structure of the TQM Center was reorganized in April 2024. A QC meeting was established as a forum to discuss activities centered around QC, and the QI meeting continues to be held as a platform for reporting QI. To comprehensively discuss, consider, and execute improvement activities, a TQM Center Operational Meeting was also established. Moving forward, we will use QI indicators to promote cross-organizational improvement activities in collaboration with various committees and departments.
