Department of Translational Oncology
Introduction
The Department of Translational Oncology mainly provides support, consultation, and contract services for in vivo imaging experiments, such as the following.
・Imaging the behavior of cancer cells, such as proliferation and metastasis, in mice transplanted with cancer cells that have been introduced with light-emitting genes such as firefly luciferase.
・Imaging to evaluate the internal dynamics and tumor accumulation when fluorescently labeled compounds such as RFP, antibodies, etc. are administered to mice.
