Epiproteomics Projects
- We are developing the next generation ChIP-Seq method using machine learning to analyze the status of histone modifications and the DNA binding condition of transcription factors, which can also analyze the FFPE samples and the low cell number samples.
- We are developing the experimental systems to combine mass-spectrometry and CRISPR-Cas9 technologies to analyze the status of histone modifications without the bias of antibody quality.
Medical AI projects
We are currently developing the integrated medical system for cancer treatment and diagnosis using AI technology.
